I am a registered osteopath in Sydney. You can book an appointment with me at one of two clinic locations:

• Leichhardt – Sydney Inner West

• Darlinghurst – Sydney Inner East

All appointments are provided in clinic and are individually tailored. I work with all musculoskeletal issues but I primarily see patients with back pain, neck pain, headaches, jaw (TMJ) pain, desk-related pain, and chronic conditions, with a strong focus on nervous system health, stress, and long-term symptom management.

What your appointment will be like

Appointments are unhurried, supportive, and collaborative. They are designed to deliver a systematic approach within a calm environemt, particularly for people living with anxiety or chronic pain and neurodivergent individuals.

Your session will include:

• A discussion of your symptoms, history, and goals

• Physical assessment and movement testing

• Hands-on osteopathic treatment, adapted to your comfort

• Education, clear explanations and time for questions

• Prescription of at home management strategies and exercises when required
